独一味胶囊治疗原发性痛经60例  

Clinical Effect of Lamiophlomis Rotata Kudo Capsule on Essential Dysmenorrheal:a Report of 60 Cases

摘　　要：目的观察独一味胶囊对原发性痛经的疗效。方法将180例原发性痛经患者随机分为3组,即独一味胶囊治疗组(独一味组)、消炎痛治疗对照组(消炎痛组)和元胡止痛片治疗对照组(元胡止痛片组),每组60例,观察镇痛效果。结果独一味组显效47例,有效9例,无效4例,总有效率为93.3%;消炎痛组显效45例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率为91.7%;两组总显效率和总有效率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。元胡止痛片组显效20例,有效23例,无效17例,总有效率为71.7%,其总显效率和总有效率明显低于独一味组(P<0.05)。独一味组副作用明显低于消炎痛组。结论独一味胶囊对原发性痛经镇痛作用明显,且副作用小。Objective To observe the relieving pain and therapeutical effect of lamiophlomis rotata kudo capsule （LRKC） on essential dysmenorrheal （ED）. Methods 180 patients with ED were divided into three groups randomly, including LRKC treatment group, indometacin control group and corydalis analgesic pill （CAP） control group, 60 cases in each group. Results There were 47 cases of excellent effects, 9 cases of utility effects and 5 cases of no effect in LRKC treatment group. While 45 cases of excellent effects, 10 cases of utility effects and 5 cases of no effect in indometacin control group. There was no significant difference in total effective rate between LRKC treatment group （93.3%） and indometacin control group （91.7%）. In CAP control group, there were 20 cases of excellent effects, 23 cases of utility effects and 17 cases of no effect. And the total effective rate was 71.7% ,which was obvious lower than that in the LRKC treatment group （P 〈0. 05）. The side effect was rarer and lighter in LRKC treatment group than that in any other group. Conclusion LRKC can be used as an effective drug to treat ED, with relieving the pain and lightening side effects.
