国产与进口头孢他啶对常见革兰氏阴性杆菌感染的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的评价国产注射用头孢他啶治疗临床革兰氏阴性杆菌感染的有效性和安全性。方法采用随机对照平行试验方法,以进口头孢他啶(复达欣)为对照药,国产头孢他啶为试验药,疗程为7～14d。结果共完成试验病例90例(试验组44例,对照组46例),试验组与对照组总有效率分别为81.82%和86.96%,细菌清除率为88.63%和91.30%,不良反应发生率分别为8.89%和6.38%,两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论国产头孢他啶治疗临床常见革兰氏阴性杆菌感染安全、有效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic ceftazidime inject in the treatment of Gram negative bacillus infection in clinic. Methods The contrast-imported ceftazidime （Fortum） and the domestic cefazidime were given to the experimenters separately in randomized controlled clinical trial. The duration of treatment was 7- ld d in both groups. Results 90 cases finished the treatment course altogether （44 for test and 46 for contrast）, the overall efficacy rates were 81.82% and 86.96% respectively. The bacterial clearance rates were 88.63% and 91.30%, the adverse reaction rates were 8.89% and 6.38% respectively. There were no statistical differences between two groups in the overall efficacy rates, the bacterial clearance rates and the adverse reaction rates. Conclusion The therapy of domestic ceftazidime to treat the infection of common Gram negative bacillus in clinic is safe and effective.
