摘 要:针对高Alite熟料矿物体系,采用不同矿物组成的3种钢渣作为铁质原料进行实验室研究,通过化学分析、X射线衍射和岩相分析等手段对原料和熟料进行测试,分析了不同钢渣的矿物组成及对易烧性的影响规律。分析结果表明:钢渣的主要矿物组成因碱度不同而变化,不同种类的钢渣因其矿物组成不同对生料的易烧性影响也不同。从实验室初步研究结果来看,碱度较高并且微量组分较多的钢渣对生料易烧性影响效果较好。在实验室研究成果的基础上,采用钢渣作为铁质原料进行了工业化试验,生产出了fCaO平均含量<1%、C3S含量>60%的优质熟料。Three kinds of steel slag were chosen as raw materials to prepare high alite content clinker. The effects of these slags on sintering property and burnability of cement raw mix, as well as mineral composition and microstructure of clinker were analyzed by means of chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction and optical microscopy. The results showed that the mineral composition of steel slag depended on its basicity. The burnability of clinker with different slag was related to their mineral composition and minority component content. As for this study, the steel slag with higher basicity and micro components content showed a better effect on sintering property and burnablity of raw meal. Based on the results achieved, an industrial production with steel slag was carried on and produced a high quality clinker which average level of fCaO was less than 1.0% and the CsS content was more than 60.0%.
