摘　　要：本文简要回顾了彩色涂层钢板及钢条国家标准GB/T12754-2006的修订背景和修订过程。阐述了标准修订时采用系统的思想、贯彻生命周期的理念以及遵循现实与未来有机结合的原则。对力学性能、镀层重量、涂层性能等16项重要技术内容的制修订理由做了说明,同时介绍了如何理解和实施这些技术要求。The background and process of the revision of the Specification for Prepainted Steel Sheet GB/T 12754- 2006 are briefly reviewed. The reasons for adopting the system thinking, implementing the idea of life cycle and following the principle of combining present with future are clarified. The development and revision of sixteen main technical provisions such as mechanical property, coating mass, coating property etc. are explained. Meanwhile, it is introduced how to understand and implement these technical requirements.
