摘　　要：本文结合国外聚碳酸酯生产技术的发展历史,探讨了提高国内生产水平的对策。文章还介绍了国外聚碳酸酯的生产工艺、机械设备及掺混改性等方面的新动态。Integrating with the production technology and development history of polycarbonate abroad,counter measure of how to raise the production level at home has been probed by the author. The polycarbonate production technology,its machineries and process equipments as well as its new trends in blending modification have also been presented in the article.
