摘　　要：本文在阐述用户对DRS服务的现实需求基础上,提出中小型图书馆应提高认识,积极为开展网上DRS服务创造条件,并探讨了中小型图书馆DRS咨询形式的选择、数字参考源的建设及DRS服务的质量要求等问题。The paper proposes that medium and small - sized libraries should deepen their understanding and create favourable conditions for launching DRS on the basis of expoundings the real demand of the vast numbers of users for DRS, and approaches the choice for the forms of DRS in the medium and small - sized libraries, the construction of digital reference resources and quality requirements for DRS.
