摘　　要：本文对Minerva的协调组织模式进行详细解读,介绍了在数字化项目协调管理中建立标杆的必要性、建立过程以及Minerva有关数字化项目定量定性问题的调查结果概览,旨在为我国数字化项目的开展寻求新的模式,以加强各项目的互相学习和统一数字化平台的建立。The article gives a detailed interpretation of the coordinating and organizing body Minerva, introduces the necessity to establish benchmarking in the management and coordination of the digitization project, the process of building benchmark, and then lists the qualitative and quantitative overview of the findings. In order to seek the new model for our digitization project, all aims to enhance mutual learning between projects and establishment of unified digitization platform.
