试论高校图书馆文献保障体系构建

摘　　要：为学校的教学科研提供文献资源支撑是高校图书馆的基本职能,而如何保障本校读者的文献资源需求则是高校图书馆的根本任务。本文从文献保障率入手,对目前国内提出的几个文献保障率的表述进行了对比探讨,在此基础上对高校图书馆的文献保障率提出了自己的观点,并就构建高校图书馆的文献保障体系提出了几点建议。The basic function of academic library is to provide literature resourees for the teaching and scientific researching, However, its basic duty is how to guarantee the need of literature resources. Based on this analysis, the author researches on the domestic definitions of literature guarantee efficiency quantitatively and proposed his own viewpoint on the guarantee efficiency of college library literature and several proposals on documentary security system.
