摘  要:AGC机组调节比较频繁,如果仅考虑经济性而调用大量机组去响应并非特别大的随机负荷调整是不尽合理的,尤其是对机组台数众多的大型水电厂,不仅经济上得不偿失,而且会带来安全隐患。随着电力市场理论研究的深入和市场规则的完善,辅助服务市场将引入竞争逐步走向市场机制,电厂通过竞价方式确定是否承担AGC服务,这种承诺性交易使水电厂可预先采用合适的AGC调节策略,协调发电与AGC之间的关系,提高运行安全性和经济性。针对大型水电厂及电力市场下AGC调节问题,提出了动态分组轮换控制策略,既避免了机组频繁调整,也实现了负荷的经济分配,更适应大型水电厂的AGC运行。As for the frequent regulation of automatic generation control (AGC) units,the method,that many AGC units are dispatched to respond to a tiny fluctuation of the random load for economy, is not necessarily reasonable especially for a large hydropower plant. It is not economical and also exists secure problem. Along with the development on theoretical research and perfection of market rule of electricity market ,the competition mechanism will be applied to the ancillary services market in which power suppliers are committed to AGC service with a commitment transaction,so that the hydropower plants could adopt appropriate strategy to coordinate the energy and AGC in advance. In order to solve the AGC regulation problem of the large hydropower plant in electricity market,a dynamic grouping alternation control strategy is proposed in this paper,which not only avoids frequent regulation of the unit,but also considers load economic dispatch. This method is more suitable to AGC regulation for the large hydropower plant.
