城区循环经济产业体系构建框架研究

摘　　要：城区循环经济是城市循环经济的具体承载,是推动城市循环经济的主导力量,同时也是循环经济研究和实践的重点试验平台、重要实践区域,又在相当大程度上代表着循环经济的发展方向,对循环经济实践和发展具有重要的战略意义.城区循环经济产业体系构建是在城区范围内,对各产业的不同领域构建各种产业生态链,发展循环型三产、二产和城郊农业.城区循环经济产业体系构建需要采用定性与定量相结合的方法进行经济、社会和生态三大效益综合分析评价,其主要对策包括研究制定出台发展城区循环经济的相关政策、建设循环经济产业园区和循环经济产业发展支撑体系等.City proper cycle economy is the specific bearing of urban cycle economy, Meanwhile it is the focus of research and practice test platform, it is important practice areas, in a large extent, represent the development direction of cycle economy. City proper cycle economy industrial system is the industrial system of all industries in the city proper to constructing various industrial ecological chain. The framework construction needs to carry on the economy, the society and the ecology benefits generalized analysis appraisal. The main measures include the introduction and formulation of relevant policies and the construction of cycle economy industrial park and industrial develomment supporting system, etc.
