摘　　要：通过实例对工程机械维修中存在的零部件漏检,盲目拆卸、换件,不讲方法技巧,不熟悉技术标准,以“应急”代替“维修”,垫片使用不规范,硬干蛮干、随意使用工具等7个方面技术问题进行深入分析,指出问题形成的主要原因是:国内工程机械维修行业起步相对较晚,维修人员素质参差不齐;部分维修人员对工程机械结构、原理不清楚;不认真分析故障原因,不能准确判断故障部位;排除故障时性急瞎拆乱卸,怕麻烦图省事采取随意更换新件解决;不熟悉技术标准,对执行技术标准打折扣;不规范使用垫片;认为应急措施是万能的;无视维修禁忌等。这些原因导致机械维修质量不高,可靠性差,容易造成不必要损失,甚至发生重大工程机械毁伤事故等后果。提出了避免方法和注意事项,旨在引起相关人员的重视,以便更好地搞好维修服务。Technical problems in seven aspects of construction machinery repair and maintenance, neglected check of parts and components, blind disassembling, unskilled part changing, emergency instead of maintenance and repair due to the unfamiliarity with technical standards, irregular use of shims, reckless operation, random usage of tools, are deeply analyzed. It is pointed out that causes resulting in the problems are mainly: uneven skill of staff due to the late start of domestic construction machinery repair industry, unfamiliarity of part repair workers with structures and principles of construction machinery, incorrect failure location judgement due to careless analysis on failure causes and unskilled or unwise processes, impatient disassembly and random work piece replacement during troubleshooting, uncompleted implementation of technical standards due to unfamiliarity, irregular use of shims, taking emergency repair as universal way instead of maintenance and repair, neglecting taboos in repair work and reckless repair operation, random usage of tools and etc. All these result in low repair quality and reliability, some originally evitable losses even some serious casualty failures occur. Countermeasures and precautions are suggested in the aim of attracting more attention of related personnel and raising repair service level.
