摘  要:埕岛油田CB243稠油区块主力含油层系为明化镇组和馆上段,该区块油藏具有储层埋藏浅、岩石胶结疏松、地层渗透率级差大、粘土矿物含量高、地层温度低、油层较薄、原油物性差等特点。由于受当时海上防砂工艺装备的影响和采油工艺技术的限制,CB243区块在投产初期采用挂滤砂管、循环充填防砂工艺以及潜油螺杆泵、电泵带电加热机械采油方式生产,投产后出现油井产能低、不能连续稳定生产、检泵周期短等问题。通过CB243稠油区块投产初期采用工艺技术适应性分析,提出了一系列提高稠油开发效果工艺改进措施,包括端部脱砂压裂防砂、连续杆螺杆泵及小排量电泵采油、简化完井管柱、地层酸化解堵等。实施上述工艺改进措施取得了显著的增油效果。Minghuazhen and upper Guantao formation are main oil-bearing series of CB243 heavy oil block in Chengdao oilfield, the block reservoir is characterized by shallow buried depth, weak bonding, great formation permeability grade difference, high clay mineral content, low formation temperature, thin oil layer, bad physical property of crude oil, etc. Because of the effect of offshore sand control equipment and the limit of oil production technology, the screen and circulation pack sand control technology, ESPCP and ESP electric heating mechanical production means were used in the ini- tial production period of CB243 block, therefore the oil well productivity is low, production is not stable continuously and pump inspection period is short. Through the adaptability analyses of the technology adopted in the initial production period of CB243 heavy oil block, a series of innovative approaches of technology for enhancing heavy oil development effect were proposed, including fracture sand control, successive rod PC pump and little delivery capacity electric pump, simplified completion string and formation acid broken down, etc. Remarkable effect of increasing oil production has been obtained by the implementation of above innovative approaches.
