摘  要:本文研究了液晶聚合物与聚四氟乙烯共混制备新型液晶聚合物/氟塑料合金的摩擦磨损行为及其耐磨机理。实验结果表明:负荷、线速度以及偶件的粗糙度等因素对PTFE及其合金的摩擦磨损行为有较大影响;在合金组分配比适宜时,合金内部的LCP分散相可以通过热迁移形成微纤,这些微纤可以连接成立体网络结构,对PTFE基体起到了包络作用,极大地破坏和限制了PTFE典型的带状磨损,变为犁耕磨损,改变了磨损形式,这是提高合金耐磨性的根本原因。In this paper, the friction and wear behaviors as well as wear-resistant mehanism of new PTFE/LCP alloy by LCP with PTFE composites were studied. The experimental results showed that load, sliding speed and roughness of mating surfaces all played notable impacts on the friction and waer behaviors of PTFE and PTFE/LCP composites. Separating LCP component in the composite inside formed many microfibrils by thermoremoving on condition that proper ratio of composites was obtained. These microfibrils could form stereoscopic network structure. This is the essential reason why LCP can improve PTFE'S wear-resistant property.
