摘 要:为了尽量减小资源浪费及二次污染问题,对在甲苯氧化法生产苯酚过程中产生的大量苯甲酸废料,进行了闪蒸-减压精馏分离提纯处理。废料通过闪蒸,在210℃以下得到了富集苯甲酸馏分,在220—260℃之间得到了富集苯甲酸苄酯和芴酮馏分;之后对各馏分进行高真空减压精馏,得到了苯甲酸、苯甲酸苄酯和芴酮等产品,纯度分别可达95%,91%和92%。经熔融结晶精制后,苯甲酸纯度可达99.6%,苯甲酸苄酯和芴酮纯度均达95%以上。To reduce the wasting of resources and secondary pollution, the treatment of benzoic acid waste from the process of producing phenol by oxygenation of toluene was carried out by flash-vacuum distillation. After enriched by flash, benzoic acid-containing fraction was obtained below 210 ℃ and benzyl benzoate-fluorenone-containing fraction was between 220 and 260 ℃, then these fractions were separated by vacuum distillation respectively. Benzoic acid, benzyl benzoate and fluorenone were obtained with purity of 95%, 91% and 92%, respectively. After refined by melt crystallization, the purity of benzoic acid could reach 99.6%, and that of benzyl benzoate and fluorenone were both over 95%.
