摘 要:针对薯蓣皂素传统生产方法提取效率低、能耗大、污染严重等问题,研究一种高效节能的薯蓣皂素提取新工艺。采用对黄姜磨浆预处理后再进行超声提取的方法制备薯蓣皂素,探讨了磨浆时间、超声提取时间、乙醇浓度、料液比和提取次数对皂素收率的影响。该方法与传统的直接酸水解法相比,产品收率提高了18%,盐酸用量降低,产品纯度提高。该工艺具有提取率高、污染少、节约能源的特点。To resolve the problem of low extracting efficiency and heavy environmental pollution in traditional extracting methods of diosgenin, a high-efficiency and energy-saving diosgenin extracting method was studied. The ultrasonic extracting method after grinding starch pretreatment was provided to extract diosgenin, and the effects of grinding starch time, ultrasonic extraction time, ethanol concentration, ratio of material and solvent and number of extractions times on extraction ratio were studied. Compared with the traditional method, extraction ratio of such method was raised by 18%, hydrochloric acid dosage was less, and the extraction was more pure. The results show that such method is featured by higher efficiency, less pollution and energy saving.
