摘　　要：目的 探讨双红花活血胶囊中黄芪甲苷含量测定方法. 方法 采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法,以黄芪甲苷为对照品对双红花活血胶囊中的黄芪甲苷进行定量分析.流动相：乙腈-水（34：66）,流速：1ml/min;进样量：20μl,蒸发光散射检测器漂移管温度为70℃,载气流速为25psi. 结果 黄芪甲苷在1.01～20.19μg范围内线性良好,回收率为100.86%,RSD为3.2%. 结论 高效液相-蒸发光散射检测器法测定双红花活血胶囊中黄芪甲苷含量方法简便,重现性好,结果准确.Objective To develop a HPLC - ELSD method for determining the contents of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Shuanghonghua capsules. Methods The Separating was performed by HPLC - ELSD . The mobile phase was acetonitrile -water（34：66）. The flow rate was 1.0mlomin - 1. The injection volume was 20μ1. The drift tube temperature： 70℃. The gas flow rate 25psi. Results In the scope of 1.01 -20.19μg, the contents of astragaloside IV had good linear relationship with their peak area. The average recoveries were 100.8%. RSD = 0.32%. Conclusion The results showed the method was simple and with excellent precision and accurate.
