摘　　要：在阐释社会主义新农村建设科学内涵的基础上,分析了新农村建设中的存在的四类环境问题。深入诠释了生态农业与新农村建设的相互关系,并从培育全社会的生态文化意识、形成大农业的生态农业发展机制、建立多元化的投入机制、创新生态农业的科技推广机制和建设因地制宜的生态农业模式五个层面提出了发展生态农业的对策建议。Four types environmental problems were analyzed in the new rural reconstruction, base on interpretation of scientific connotation of the socialism new rural reconstruction. The relationship between the ecological agriculture and new rural reconstruction was explained. The proposals of ecological agriculture development were suggested in five aspects which conclude cultivating the whole social eco-consciousness, forming the development mechanism of ecological agriculture, establishing diversified investment mechanism, innovating mechanism of the ecological agricultural technology spreading and building ecological agricultural model according the local conditions.
