摘　　要：特色镇的产生与发展对我国经济发展、提高居民收入和改善就业环境起到了重要的作用。但是,特色镇普遍存在人口相对过少、占用土地过多、环境污染和技术创新较少等方面的先天缺陷,从而导致持续发展面临瓶颈。政府应当在特色镇的发展中起到引导和规划的作用,使特色镇的发展突破瓶颈,实现可持续发展。Characteristic towns have been arrived at the important effect with developing to our country economic , raising the resident income and improving the environment of employment. But, several aspect defects existing in common characteristic towns like the Insufficient population, occupying more land, causing environmental pollution and less technological innovation lead to sustained development confronting with a bottleneck. The government should to play a guidance and plan role in the development of characteristic town, which makes the characteristic towns break the bottleneck and helps characteristic towns realizing sustainable development.
