摘 要:目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清白细胞介素10(IL-10)、白细胞介素12(IL-12)和可溶性Fas(sFas)水平及其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫夹心(ELISA)法检测22例SLE患者和20例正常人血清IL-10、IL-12和sFas水平。结果与正常对照组比较,SLE患者IL-10和sFas水平明显升高(P<0.01);IL-12水平有下降趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论IL-10、IL-12和sFas与SLE免疫发病机制密切相关。Objective To study the serum levels of interleukin 10 (IL-10), interleukin 12 (IL-12), soluble Fas (sFas) in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and their clinical significance. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect IL-10, IL-12 and sFas in serums of 22 patients with SLE and 20 normal control subjects. Results The serum levels of IL-10 and sFas were significantly higher in patients with SLE than the control subjects (P〈0.01). The level of IL-12 in SLE patients was lower than the control subjects, but the differences were not significant (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The elevated levels of serum IL-10 and sFas are correlated with the pathogenesis of SLE.
