摘 要:目的:以聚醚砜(PES)、聚氨酯(PEU)、聚乙烯(GAMBRO)作为对比,对肝素化聚醚砜材料(H-PES)的血液相容性进行了研究。方法:制备了肝素化聚醚砜抗凝血材料,通过扫描电镜对材料表面白蛋白吸附进行了观察,用全自动生化分析仪分别测定了血液与材料作用时血液中的总蛋白、球蛋白、血小板、凝血因子、白细胞及红细胞,采用分光光度计对材料表面溶血率进行了研究,比较了不同材料复钙时间变化。结果:实验表明,4种材料吸附总蛋白量大体相当,但肝素化PES吸附球蛋白只占总蛋白量的30%,血小板吸附量仅为19×109/L,比本体材料减少了55%,H-PES复钙时间是本体材料的2倍,而且引起的Ca2+的消耗也较少,仅有0.1mmol/L,但对白细胞吸附控制都不是很理想。除PES以外,其余材料的溶血率都在5%以下。Blood compatibility of heparinized polyethersulfone(H-PES), synthesized by chemical modification, was studied in contrasting with polyethersulfone ( PES), polyetherurethane ( PEU), GAMBRO. Albumin adsorption and platelet adhesion on the surface of different kind of materials were investigated with SEM. The interaction of materials with plasma proteins, globulins, platelet, coagulation factors Ⅳ, erythrocytes and leucocytes in blood was tested by automatic biochemical analytical instruments. Hemolysis rate on the surface of different materials and recalcification time in blood were compared. Experimental results showed that total amount of albumin adsorption on each of the 4 materials is similar, but the ratio of the globulins with total amount of albumin adsorption and amount of platelet adhesion on the surface of the materials are different. H-PES adsorbed only 30% of the total amount of protein and 19×10^9cells/L of platelet, which is 55% less than they platelet adhesion on the surface of the polyethersulfone material, The recalcification time of the heparinized polyethersulfone material is two times longer than that of polyethersulfone material. Except for the hemolysis rate of polyethersulfone whichl is 5.02 %, for all the other materials the hemolysis rates are less than 5 %.
