摘　　要：目的:探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)对体外培养的子宫内膜异位症(EMs)在位内膜间质细胞生长及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法:应用MTS法分析TNF-α对来自EMs和非EMs症各10例患者的在位子宫内膜间质细胞生长的影响;并以荧光定量PCR、Western blot和定量ELISA检测不同浓度TNF-α作用下间质细胞VEGF的表达情况。结果:TNF-α呈剂量依赖方式促进EMs患者子宫内膜间质细胞的生长,并显著上调VEGF的表达;但对非EMs患者的子宫内膜间质细胞无上述作用。结论:TNF-α能明显促进EMs患者在位内膜间质细胞的生长并促进其VEGF的表达。Objective： To evaluate the effects of TNF-α on the VEGF expression of endometrial stromal cell of endometriosis in vitro. Methods： Human endometrial tissues were obtained from 10 patients with endometriosis,and other 10 with hysteromyoma （the control）. The stromal cells were isolated and cultured in vitro, and characterization were detected immunohistochemically using vimentin. The VEGF expression of cells in each group was analyzed by semi-quantitative Real-time PCR, Western blot and ELISA. Results： The proliferation and the expression of the VEGF of stromal cells from EMs bad been both enhanced and increased by TNF-α, but it was not the case to control group. Conclusion： TNF-α can promotes the proliferation and the VEGF expression in the EMs stromal cells.
