安心颗粒对阿霉素性心衰大鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨安心颗粒对心力衰竭大鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响.方法:将50只雌性SD大鼠随机分为对照组(A组)、模型组(B组)、卡托普利组(C组)、安心颗粒小剂量组(D组)、安心颗粒大剂量组(E组),每组10只.B～E组给予阿霉素腹腔注射造模,C～E组同时灌胃给药.连续给药6wk后,用TUNEL法检测大鼠心肌细胞凋亡,并计算凋亡指数.结果:A组心肌细胞凋亡指数均比B～E组低(P<0.01),而B组心肌细胞凋亡指数均较C～E组高(P<0.05).结论:安心颗粒有抑制心肌细胞凋亡的作用,可用于心力衰竭的防治.AIM： To study the effect of Anxin granula on cardiocyte apoptosis in rats with heart failure （HF） caused by adriamycin. METHODS： Fifty female SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups （ n = 10 / group）, namely normal control group （ A）, model group （ B）, captopril control group （ C ）, low-dose Anxin granula group （D）, and high-dose Anxin granula group （E）. Adriamycin was injected ip into group B, C, D and E to induce HF model. At the same time, captopril and Anxin granula were administered ig in group C, D and E, respectively. After 6 weeks of drug administration, left ventricular tissues of the rats were taken to measure cardiocyte apoptosis by TUNEL and to count the index of apoptosis. RESULTS ： The index of cardiocyte apoptosis in group A was lower than those in group B, C, D and E （P 〈0.01 ）. The index of cardiocyte apeptosis in group B was higher than those in group C, D and E （P〈 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION： Anxin granula has the effect of resisting cardiocyte apoptosis and can be used to prevent and treat HF.
