荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测性病患者感染单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ的实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解泸州地区门诊性传播疾病(STD)患者感染单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型(HSV-Ⅱ)情况。[方法]采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)方法检测428例门诊STD患者泌尿生殖道HSV-Ⅱ。[结果]STD患者中HSV-Ⅱ,阳性率为22.43%;316例男性患者中,阳性率22.47%;女性患者中,阳性率16.96%。定量测定显示:STD患者HSV-Ⅱ病毒载量最高9.65×107 copies/ml,最低1.56×102 copies/ml。[结论]FQ-PCR检测技术具有简便、快捷、准确、特异性强的特点,有较高的临床实用价值,可作为临床诊断感染HSV-Ⅱ病毒的依据。[Objective] To study the infection of herpes simplex virus Ⅱ （HSV-Ⅱ ） in patients with sexually transmitted disease （STD） from outpatients in Luzhou. [ Methods] Fluorescence qualitative polymerase chain reaction （EQ-PCR） was used to detect HSV-Ⅱ in the urine and reproductive tracts of 428 STD patients from outpatients. [ Results] In 42 samples of STD patients, HSV-Ⅱ was found in 96 samples, and the positive rate was 22.43% （96/428）. Among the 316 male samples, 71 were infected with HSV-Ⅱ , and the positive rate was 22.47% （71/316）. Among 112 female samples, 19 were infected, and the positive rate was 16.96% （19/112）. The results of quantitative detection showed that STD patients who were infected had 9.65×10^7 copies/hal of HSV-Ⅱ at the most and 1.56×10^2 copies/ml at least. [Conclusion] The technique of PCR is provided with merits of simplicity, rapidity, accuracy and strong speciality. The detection results have clinical values for STD which can be used to diagnose HSV- Ⅱ in STD patients.
