矽肺患者诱发心、肝、肾损伤的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]通过对矽肺患者的部分临床生化指标的观察,了解矽肺患者是否诱发心、肝、肾损伤以及心、肝、肾损伤是否与矽肺期别有关。[方法]随机选择2004-2006年在新疆医科大学第五附属医院职业病防治科进行住院治疗的矽肺Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期患者分别为116、34、8例,设为矽肺Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期组;另外选择来本院进行体检的年龄相当,无遗传性、传染性疾病,既往无特殊疾病史的人群30例,作为对照组。分别检测四组中每个个体心肌酶谱、肝功能、肾功能值,对数据进行统计学处理。[结果]在矽肺患者不同期别组及对照组中,心肌酶谱、肝功能、肾功能各指标的差异均无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。[结论]矽肺患者诱发心、肝、肾损伤不明显,且与矽肺期别无关。[Objective] To analyse the correlation between the grades of silicosis and the destroies of heart, liver and renal function. [ Methods] 158 cases of silicosis patients who were diagnosed the grades of Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ were named for the groups of Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ of silicosis respectively. The data of heart, liver and renal funtion in the four groups were analysed with statistical methods. [ Results] The differences of heart muscle enzyme liver fuction and renal function in the four groups were not statistical （F〈 F0.05）. [Conclusion] The grades of silicosis were not correlated with the destroies of heart, liver and renal function.
