贞芪胶囊治疗非增生型糖尿病视网膜病变的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨贞芪胶囊对糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)大鼠的血糖、视网膜微血管超微结构和对炎性小鼠毛细血管通透性的影响及其作用机理。方法用链脲佐菌素诱发糖尿病大鼠,在糖尿病大鼠病程3个月出现DR病理变化后给予贞芪胶囊连续治疗2个月,观察大鼠血糖及视网膜超微结构的变化。将小鼠致炎后给予贞芪胶囊治疗1周,观察其抗炎作用。结果贞芪胶囊可明显改善DR大鼠的生存状况并降低血糖;贞芪胶囊治疗前后DR大鼠视网膜微血管病变有明显改善;贞芪胶囊对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀具有抑制作用,并可抑制醋酸引起的毛细血管通透性增加。结论贞芪胶囊能够降低DR大鼠的血糖及炎性小鼠毛细血管通透性,有效保护视网膜微血管,对实验性糖尿病视网膜病变有一定防治作用。OBJECTIVE To observe the influence and mechanism of Zhenqi capsule（贞芪胶囊）, on blood sugar, retinal microvascular in DR rats and capillary permeability in mice. METHODS We used a model of DR rat with Streptozocin - induced. Three months later, the 2 - month treatment started in all DR rats. Their retinas were studied by means of pathomorphology and electron microscope. RESULTS Zhenqi Tongmai capsule can obviously improve the DR rats＇ survival condition, and decrease their blood sugar. Zhenqi capsule can significantly inhibit the inflammation caused by xylene and decrease abdominal capillary permeability of mice. CONCLUSION Zhenqi capsule has the effect of decreasing blood sugar, capillary permeability, and has significant action of anti - inflammation. Early treatment with Zhenqi capsule may be helpful in inhibiting the underlying cause of diabetic retinopathy.
