活血化瘀中药眼部直流电离子导入治疗玻璃体积血的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨川芎嗪注射液、丹参注射液直流电离子导入治疗玻璃体积血的疗效。方法将兔实验性玻璃体积血模型18只(18只眼)随机分成3组,Ⅰ组(对照组):予注射用水直流电离子导入;Ⅱ组(川芎嗪组):予盐酸川芎嗪注射液直流电离子导入;Ⅲ组(丹参组):予丹参注射液直流电离子导入。用检眼镜和眼科A/B超声诊断仪检测兔眼玻璃体积血的吸收情况。结果Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组兔实验性玻璃体积血吸收较Ⅰ组快,但Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论川芎嗪或丹参直流电离子导入可促进兔眼玻璃体积血的吸收,缩短病程,是一种简易有效的眼局部治疗方法。OBJECTIVE To study the effects of the iontophoresis of ligustrazine hydrochloride injection and danshen injection on vitreous hemorrhage（VH）of the experiment rabbits.METHODS The New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups, 6 rabbits each. Group Ⅰ was served with sterilized water for injection as control group, group Ⅱ was treated with iontophoresis of ligustrazine hydrochloride injection, group Ⅲ was treated with iontophoresis of danshen（丹参） injection.The efficacy of VH was detected by direct ophthalmoscope and ophthalmologic ultrasonography.RESULTS The efficacy of groupsⅡ and m were better than group Ⅰ ,but there was no significant difference between the Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups .CONCLUSION For vitreous hemorrhage, iontophoresis of ligustrazine hydrochloride injection or danshen injection is an effective and simple therapy, which can accelerate the absorption of VH and shorten the course of treatment.
