摘 要:测定了不同温度下龟纹瓢虫的呼吸率和代谢率。结果表明,龟纹瓢虫雄虫和雌虫的呼吸率和代谢率在温度为15℃和35℃时均达到显著差异,而在20~30℃时差异不显著,由此确定龟纹瓢虫的最适生长温度范围。在此最适生长温度范围内,25℃时的呼吸率最低,呼吸耗能最少,故25℃是该昆虫的最适生长温度。通过观察25℃时龟纹瓢虫的发育历期可知,雄虫的发育历期为53.4±9.0d;雌虫为59.7±7.5d,与文献报道一致。通过测定昆虫的呼吸率,可以快速、方便、精确检测温度及其他环境因子对于昆虫能量代谢的影响。因此,这种方法对于天敌昆虫的人工饲养及田间释放,尤其是合理引进和利用益虫,具有重要的实践意义和推广使用价值。Respiration rate and metabolic rate of ladybeetles, Propylaea japonica (Thunberg),were determined at six different temperatures in laboratory. The results indicated that both respiration rate and metabolic rate of female and male ladybeetles showed significant difference at 15℃ and 35℃,respectively. There were not significant difference among 20℃,25℃,and 30℃. So 20-30℃ were determined as the optimal range of developing temperatures for ladybeetles. Within these optimal developing temperature range, the ladybeetles had the lowest respiration consumption at 25℃ ,indicating that 25℃ was the optimal developing temperature. With these results,it also was observed that the developmental duration of male ladybeetle was 53.4±9.04 days,and 59.7±7.48 days for female ladybeetle. These conclusions agreed with results from previous studies with other methods, but the respiration rate method was much faster,more sensitive, less labor intensive, and could be applied to any developing stage of any insect, and the method exhibits the value of use and extension.
