摘　　要：目的 了解上海市散居儿童单纯性肥胖发生现状，为早期干预提供依据。方法 在2002年抽样调查上海市19个区、县21088名0～3岁散居儿童，对其在社区儿保门诊定期体格测量的资料，参照WHO身高标准评价体重的方法对儿童的超重和肥胖进行分析比较。结果 在21088名儿童中发现肥胖者561名，肥胖率为2．66％，新老城区肥胖率分别为2．61％和2．72％。元统计学差异，但年龄纽之间有差别，显示新老城区0～1岁组均为肥胖高发年龄段（4．76％和4．25％）；各行政区县的O～3岁儿童肥胖发生率之间有明显的统计学差别，老城区2002年与1996年同年龄段比较，总体 肥胖发生率分别为2．72％和0．72％（X^2=62．48，P〈0.01）。结论本市0～3岁儿童单纯性肥胖的发生率呈逐年上升趋势，尤其是1岁以内婴儿更应得到关注，应积极探索并开展有效可行的干预措施。Objective To investigate morbidity rate of simple obesity of children who lived in family rather in kinder garden in shanghai, so as to provide a basis for early intervention of the disease. Methods 21 088 subjects aged 0 - 3 years old who all came from 19 districts and counties of shanghai city and lived in their families, received sampling investigation. Results 21 088 subjects, 561 suffered from simple obesity, and the morbidity rate was 2.66%. In morbidity of simple obesity, there was no significant difference between the old town areas（2.61% ） and the new town areas（2.72% ）, but there was a significant difference between different age groups： the children in the 0 - 1 year old group had higher morbidity rate（4.76% and 4.25% ）. There was a significant difference in morbidity rate of simple obesity in 0 - 3 years old group between different administrative districts and counties ： the total morbidity rate of sample obesity in the old town areas in the year 2002 and 1996 were 2.72% and 0.72% （X2 = 62.48, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion In morbidity rate of simple obesity of children aged 0 - 3 years old, there was a steadily increasing tendency, particularly the children aged within 1 year. The effective interventions should be explored and taken actively.
