摘　　要：根治性子宫颈切除术是近10余年兴起的一种治疗早期宫颈癌的新手术方式,其最大的优势是治疗宫颈癌的同时,保留了患者的生育功能,充分体现个体化治疗的原则。该文就根治性子宫颈切除术的产生、发展及临床应用进展情况进行综述。Radical trachelectomy is a new operation method for patients with cervical carcinoma in early stage in recent ten years. The predominance of this operation is not only preserving function of fertility but also excising the pathologic change foci. It embodies the Individual Treatment Plan for young patients with cervical carcinoma; and is a milestone for surgical treatment of early cervical carcinoma. This article reviewed clinical development in radical trachelectomy for those patients with cervical carcinoma in early stage who desire to preserve her fertility.
