摘　　要：胰岛素抵抗是人类疾病中普遍存在的一种现象,在多种疾病的发病中起重要作用,甚至成为独立的致病因素存在。胰岛素抵抗与内分泌学,代谢病学、妇产科学、生物化学等众多的基础与临床学科密切相关,形成了有广泛学科交叉、渗透的一个新兴的研究领域。近年,国内外对于胰岛素抵抗做了大量相关研究,并且在妇产科研究领域也有许多重要发现。正常妊娠本身即为一种胰岛素抵抗状态,并且妇产科许多病理生理状态都与胰岛素抵抗有关,目前胰岛素抵抗与妊娠高血压、糖尿病、多囊卵巢综合征的关系已得到公认。As a common phenomenon, insulin resistance（IR） plays a important role in pathogenesis of human disease, even it is regarded as an independent etiological factor. Insulin resistance involves in elementary and clinical specialties such as endocrinology, metabology, gynecology and obstetrics, biochemistry and so on, which forms a new research field with wide specialty cross and permeability. In resent years, there are a lot of researches on IR in domestic and abroad and many important findings in gynecology and obstetrics have been got. Actually,normal pregnancy itself is in state of physiological IR, and many pathophysiological states of gynecology and obstetrics are associated with IR. At present,relationship of IR with HDCP, GDM, PCOS has been generally approved.
