生活垃圾卫生填埋场安全运行问题探讨

摘　　要：分析总结了垃圾填埋场的安全运行中常出现的4个安全问题,即沼气爆炸和火灾事故、边坡和大坝不稳定性造成滑坡、填埋区作业时存在较大的安全隐患、填埋场周边环境污染等。笔者以建设部科技示范工程广州市兴丰生活垃圾卫生填埋场成功的运行经验为例进行了探讨,提出了针对垃圾填埋场常见安全问题相应的解决办法,即科学的填埋场设计、完善的安全运行制度、规范的营运管理和营运监管相结合的管理模式等。Four main risks in safety management of municipal solid waste landfill are summarized and analyzed, namely, methane explosion or fire risk, slope sliding risk caused by instability of landfill slope and dam, big safety risk during landfill operation and threat to surrounding environment from landfill. Taking the Xingfeng municipal solid waste landfill in Guangzhou as an example, three measures are brought forward to avoid the safety problems of the waste landfill, which are scientific design on landfill, perfect safety operation rules, regulated operation management and supervision.
