顶侧联合两指法腹膜外剖宫产术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨顶侧联合两指法腹膜外剖宫产术的临床应用价值。方法:收集近8年来行顶侧联合两指法腹膜外剖宫产术的产妇210例,与同期行传统的子宫下段剖宫产术的产妇210例进行比较,观察两组手术效果、术后并发症及术后恢复情况等。结果:两组剖宫产术式手术时间、胎儿娩出时间及新生儿Apgar评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),术中出血量、术后胃肠功能恢复情况及术后病率有显著性差异性(P<0.05)。结论:项侧联合两指法腹膜外剖宫产术安全,术后恢复快。Objective： To investigate the advantage of extraperitoneal cesarean by two fingers separation from upper and side of bladder. Methods： A total of 210 pregnant women who had indications underwent for extraperitoneal cesarean section for recent 8 years, and 210 pregnant women underwent for traditional lower uterine segmental cesarean section at the same period. The effect of operation, postoperative complications and postoperative recovery of the two groups were compared. Results ： As compared with the intraperitoneaI cesarean section group, the cxtraperitoneal cesarean group had a much shorter time of operation （P 〈 0. 05 ）, a shorter postoperative recovery of stomach intestine （P 〈 0. 05）, but no significant difference was found in the duration of getting the fetus head out, the amount of blood loss and the Apgar scores of the newborns （P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： Extraperitoneal cesarean section by two fingers separation from upper and side of bladder is a safe, fast and good postoperative recovery operation.
