摘　　要：目的:探讨婴儿肝病综合征患儿外周血有核细胞Toll样受体(TLR s)的表达。方法:婴儿肝病综合征患儿25例,正常对照组12例。采用RT-PCR法检测外周血有核细胞TLR 4、TLR 2 mRNA的变化,采用ELISA法检测血清TNFα、IL-6水平,同时检测内毒素水平,并分析TLR 4、TLR 2 mRNA水平与血清总胆红素(TB)、直接胆红素(DB)的关系。结果:婴儿肝病综合征患儿TLR 4、TLR 2 mRNA的表达及TNFα、IL-6水平明显高于正常对照组,差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。两组内毒素水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。TLR 4、TLR 2 mRNA的表达与血清TB、DB无相关关系(P>0.05)。结论:婴儿肝病综合征患儿体内TLR s的表达增强,提示TLR s在婴儿肝病综合征发病机理中起作用。Objective： To explore the expression of toll - like receptors in the peripheral white blood cells of the infants with infantile hepatitis syndrome. Methods： The study was done in 25 infants with infantile hepatitis syndrome. 12 healthy infants were as control. The expression of TLR4, TLR2 mRNA in the peripheral white blood cells was observed by RT - PCR, the level of serum TNFα and IL - 6 was assayed by ELISA and the level of endotoxin was detected. The correlation between TLR4, TLR2 mRNA and total bilirubin （TB） , direct bilirubin （DB） was analyzed. Results： Compared with the control group, the expression of TLR4, TLR2 mRNA and the level of TNFα, IL -6 were significantly elevated （P 〈0. 01 ） in the infants with infantile hepatitis syndrome. There was no significant differonee in the level of endotoxin between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05）. There was no correlation between TLR4, TLR2 mRNA and TB, DB. Conclusion ： The expression of toll - like receptors in the infants with infantile hepatitis syndrome is elevated, suggesting that TLRs play a role in the pathogenesis of infantile hepatitis syndrome.
