摘  要:目的:了解宜昌地区妇产科解脲脲原体(UU)和人型支原体(MH)的流行性和耐药状况,指导临床合理用药。方法:应用法国生物梅里埃公司支原体鉴定试剂盒进行检测。结果:464例患者中有240例培养出支原体,占51.72%;UU单项阳性178例,阳性率38.36%,MH单项阳性6例,阳性率1.29%,UU、MH混合感染56例,阳性率12.07%;药敏结果显示,首选药物为强力霉素和交沙霉素,其次为四环素。结论:UU和MH引起的泌尿生殖道感染有逐年上升趋势,加强实验室监测,对防止支原体耐药株的发生和发展尤为重要。Objective: To study the resistance of ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and mycoplasma hominis (Mh) in Yichang and reasonable administration of therapeutic drug. Methods: The mycoplasma was measured by the reagent kit from the Marcy - Ietoile/France reagent company. Results: Samples from 464 patients were collected and tested. The positive cases were 240, and the positive rate was 51. 72% ; The positive cases of Uu sample were 178, and the positive rate was 38. 36% ; While Mh and Uu + Mh mixed infection, the positive rate was 1. 29% and 12. 07% respectively. Significant difference was found between Uu and Mh or Uu +Mh (P 〈0. 05). From the sensitive test, the sensitive drugs were deoxycycline and josamycin then tetracycline. Conclusion: The human urogenital system infection caused by Uu and Mh has increased year by year. The laboratory detection should be enhanced. It is important to prevent the development of mycoplasma resistance.
