摘 要:从原材料的准备、配料计算、熔炼操作、提高冶炼回收率四个方面介绍了炉外法冶炼钼铁、钨铁的新方法,比较了钨铁和钼铁炉外法生产的不同,提出了用同一套设施和人力,根据原材料市场供应情况和合金市场的需求状况,灵活机动的生产钼铁和钨铁的做法,并例证了对一些中小型合金厂炉外法更为实用,是一种节省人力、财力,挖掘生产潜力,扩充生产能力,增加企业活力和竞争力的前景广阔的操作简单、经济实惠的方法。A new method of smelting Ferromolybdenum and tungsten iron without furnace was introduced from the four aspects of the raw material preparation, ingredients, smelting operation, smelting recovery ratio improving. The differences of the method between the tungsten iron and the ferromolybdenum were compared. According to the supply of raw materials and alloys market needs, the ferromolybdenum or the tungsten iron with the same set of facilities and manpower could be produced. An practical example illustrated that the method was suitable for the small and medium scale alloy plant.
