摘　　要：铬天青S与钙、镁可以同时形成显色配合物,以吐温-80这一表面活性剂为增效剂,改善体系的稳定性,运用正交实验确定各试剂的用量,运用K—矩阵法,利用计算机程序计算,同时测定样品中的钙、镁的含量,结果满意。Chrome azurol S （CAS） can combine to color compounds with calcium （Ca） and magnesium （Mg）. Surfaetants Tween- 80 was used as synergists to improve the stability of system. The amount of individual reagent was fixed by using Orthogonal Experimental Design. The contents of Ca and Mg in samples are analyzed by K - Matrix, and calculated by the program of computer. The results were satisfactory.
