摘　　要：对某轮主机故障的原因进行检查分析,根据检查修理及调查结果,指出引起故障的原因和机理。因为管理人员忽视了汽缸注油器的转速差异,经过调整后又没有仔细观察分析,随着缸套磨损量的变大,情况日趋恶化,为此付出了沉重的代价。According to the result of checking and analysis to the fault on the main engine, this paper gives the causes and mechanism for the faults. The faults become worse and worse because of the neglect of the differences on rotating speed of oil - filler in cylinder and short of careful observation and analysis to the conditions after adjustment with increasing abrasion, which makes heavy price.
