摘 要:为了进一步提高铁系磷化膜的耐蚀性,研究了复合成膜助剂ZY。通过正交实验确定了磷化液的组成,并讨论了磷化温度、溶液pH值以及磷化时间等参数对磷化膜耐蚀性和膜重的影响。结果表明,成膜助剂ZY明显地改善了磷化膜的表面质量,在20℃、磷化20 min时可以获得均匀致密的磷化膜,膜重为1.09 g/m2,耐CuSO4点滴时间超过200 s,质量分数为3%的NaCl溶液浸泡时间超过5 h。A composite film forming assistant, ZY is developed to improve the corrosion resistance of ion phosphating film. The composition of phosphating solution has been determined by orthogonal tests. The influences of temperature, pH and phosphating time, etc. on the corrosion resistance and the phosphating coating weight are also discussed. The results show that the surface quality of phosphating film is obviously improved by ZY, and a uniform and compact coating can be obtained when phosphated at 20℃ for about 20 minutes, which is 1.09 g/m^2 in weight, can withstand CuSO4 solution dropping for above 200 s, and resist mass fraction of 3 % NaCl solution soaking for more than 5 hours.
