摘 要:本文在实验室条件下对赤峰的两种褐煤进行了煤热解气化实验研究,考察了气化室温度和流化状态等实验条件变化对煤气产率、组分的影响,得到了具体条件下的煤气化综合过程实验数据。同时在煤热解、焦碳以及多组分气体之间的气化、流态化等单一过程模型的基础上对上述煤气化实验过程建立了综合过程模型。通过实验结果与模型预测的比较,采用非线性规划方法,识别出综合模型中的主要模型参数,从而使综合模型可以对于某一煤种在一定实验条件范围内进行可靠预测,结果表明这种参数识别方法是研究复杂过程的有效方法。In this paper a fluidized bed coal gasification system was set up Experiments on two Chifeng lignites were conducted to study the effects of bed temperature and fluidizing state on product gas yield and compositions A comprehensive model based on singleprocess models was developed It uses a comparative method to determine the model parameters which depend on coal type and experimental conditions, so that the model prediction reflect the experiment accurately In this paper, a nonlinear programming method was utilized to determine these parameters, which mainly included the parameters of coal pyrolysis and gasification model The trend of model prediction were in good agreement with the experimental data which shows that this parameter identification method is an effective approach for modeling of complex processes
