摘 要:以冶金焦为原料用电弧法制备富勒烯,所得烟灰用甲苯索氏萃取。用质谱、高压液相色谱和紫外光谱技术表征富勒烯产品。研究了实验操作条件及冶金焦性质与富勒烯产率间的关系。结果表明,粗富勒烯的产率及组成与冶金焦的挥发分密切相关;冶金焦的挥发分愈高,粗富勒烯的产率愈低。适宜的实验操作条件为:直流电流80A,反应器内氦气压力为20kPa。Fullerene preparation has been studied by electrical arcing in helium atmosphere Four kinds of commercial metallurgical cokes have been used as the anode and the products have been studied using highpresure liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry and UVVis spectrometry Solvent extraction of the soot with toluene resulted in yields of below 1 0%, which are much lower than that obtained using graphite under similar conditions UV/Vis spectrophotometry of the extracted fullerenes revealed that the adsorption peaks are consistent with those reported for fullerenes in the literature The results are discussed in terms of the carbon are evaporation process parameters and the properties of metallurgical cokes It was found that the yield of crude fullerenes decreased as the volatile matter content of coke increased and the composition of crude fullerenes depended on the volatile matter content of the cokes
