摘 要:本文讨论了柴油机滤烟器基体材料堇青石和常用载体涂层材料对柴油机烟碳微波加热燃烧的影响。实验结果表明,陶瓷材料,尤其是滤烟器基体材料对微波的吸收能力远远低于柴油机烟碳。因此,当二者共存时,床层的温升速率主要取决于烟碳的含量。烟碳/载体比越高,燃烧越易起动,但是床层温升也越高。与纯烟碳燃烧相比,陶瓷物质的存在有利于降低燃烧产物中的CO分率。The dielectric properties of diesel filter substrate material, cordierite and three common support materials, γ-Al 2O 3, TiO 2, and ZrO 2 were measured and compared to those of diesel soot. It was found that ceramic substance, especially cordierite is a much weaker absorber of microwave than diesel soot. When diesel soot was mixed with the ceramic substances, the rate of temperature increase caused by microwave was determined by the content of soot. The higher the soot content was, the easier the initiation of combustion was. Furthermore, the analysis of the combustion products showed that the existence of ceramic substance could lead to a higher average CO 2 fraction, i.e. a cleaner combustion. It was suggested that microwave heating is an effective measure for selectively combusting soot deposit in a ceramic diesel filter.
