黑龙江省公路网交通适应性分析

摘　　要：通过采用多指标评价体系和模糊综合评价方法,从结构性能、运行质量两个方面,对黑龙江省的公路网现状进行综合评价,并采用类比的方法确定相应的评价标准。通过对近年来黑龙江省公路网数据的对比分析,得出当前黑龙江省公路网交通适应性情况的基本结论为:结构性能不够合理,但运行质量较好,为今后公路网建设和发展建设提供理论基础和数据支持。The current situation of the highway network in Heilongjiang Province from the respects of the structure capability and operation quality was evaluated by using multi-criteria and fuzzy evaluation methods in this paper. And the evaluation criterion was confirmed by using analogy methods. Based on the contrast analysis, it was concluded that the structure performance of the highway network in Heilongjiang Province was insuffecient while its operation quatily was good. The results from this study could offer theory basis and data support for the highway network building in the future.
