摘 要:进行了考虑煤矸破碎块度沿厚度方向变化的散体模型放煤工艺试验研究,分析了低位综放开采的煤矸流动形态特征及过量放煤对煤矸分界线形态的影响,研究了混矸程度与顶煤放出率的关系,提出了顶煤拐点放出率的概念;研究了放煤过程中煤矸流中矸石比例的变化规律,分析了过量放煤对后续放煤的影响.在放煤过程中可以将放煤口煤矸流中矸石的比例为1/3作为终止放煤的依据,对应的顶煤放出率可达94%,含矸率为10%左右,增加一定的含矸率可大幅度提高顶煤放出率.放煤口煤矸流中矸石的比例最大不能超过1/2,否则,增加含矸率对提高顶煤整体放出率的作用降低,且不利于后续放煤.Studied running top-coal with loose medium model experiment which considered the distribution character of top-coal fragmental size variation along thickness orientation. Analyzed the configuration character of coal and gangue flow for low drawing coal windows, and analyzed the effect of excessive drawing top-coal on boundary configuration of coal-gangue, and researched the relation between mix gangue content and top coal drawing ratio, and presented the concept of top coal inflexion drawing ratio, and also researched the change law of gangue proportion among coal-gangue flow during drawing top coal, and analyzed the effect of excessive drawing top-coal to subsequent drawing top-coal. It can take 1/3 of gangue ratio among coal-gangue flow on drawing jaws as the criterion of ending drawing top coal, and drawing ratio of top coal under which can reach 94%, and refuse content is about 10%. So properly increasing gangue content can wide-range increase top coal drawing ratio. The maximal gangue ratio cannot excess 1/2, otherwise the effect of increasing refuse content on improving the whole top coal drawing ratio will decrease, and is also unfavorable to subsequent drawing top-coal.
