摘 要:以泥炭为主要原料,通过加入适量的浓硫酸进行磺化处理,并将磺化后的泥炭与聚乙烯醇和甲醛所形成的树脂结合以增强其机械强度,得到一种吸附性能优良的吸附剂——磺化泥炭.在静态条件下,进行了以磺化泥炭作吸附剂和还原剂处理含铬废水的实验.研究了pH值、吸附温度和吸附剂用量等因素对磺化泥炭吸附和还原Cr6+的影响,探讨了磺化泥炭处理含铬废水的机理,确定了磺化泥炭处理含铬废水的工艺方法及最佳条件.同时结合对实际含Cr6+废水的吸附和还原净化处理,探讨了磺化泥炭对电镀废水处理的可行性.A sulphonated peat coal absorbent with excellent absorbability was prepared using the peat coal as the major raw materials. Thus the peat coal mixed with a given amount of strong sulfuric acid was sulphonated, and then the sulphonated peat coal was mixed with polyvinylalcohol and formaldehyde to enhance the mechanical inten- sity of the sulphonated peat coal. The adsorption and reduction of Cr^6+ ion with sulphonated peat coal were investi- gated under static state condition. The effects of pH value, adsorption temperature and absorbent amount on the adsorption and reduction of Cr^6+ ion were reported. The adsorption mechanism treating chromium-containing wastewater by sulphonated peat coal was discussed, and the processing technique and the optimum conditions of treating chromium-containing wastewater by sulphonated peat coal were determined. The feasibility of treating chro- mium-containing wastewater with the sulphonated peat coal was discussed.
