摘　　要：目的 探讨切开复位内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的疗效并总结其经验.方法 对28例36足有移位的跟骨关节内骨折,其中SandersⅢ型12足,Ⅳ型24足,采用外侧延伸的“L”型切口入路,切开复位内固定,其中34足一期植骨,术后石膏托短期外固定.结果 28例均获随防,时间10月～3年.优14足,良19足,差3足,优良率91.6%.结论 有移位的跟骨关节内骨折,切开复位内固定可获得满意疗效.恢复跟骨的解剖形态和距下关节面是治疗关键.Objective To study the effect and summarise the experience of open reduction and internal fixation for treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fracture .Mechods 36 cases of displaced intra-articular calcaneal fracture of 28 patients were enrolled,among whom were 12 cases of type Ⅱ and 24 cases of type Ⅳaccording to Sander＇s classification. The treatment consisted of open reduction and internal fixation through an extensible, L-shaped, latered approach. Bone grafting was used in 34 cases,and short term plaster immobilization was performed in all fractures. Resuits All cases were followed up for l0 months-3 years. The results were excellent in 14 eases,good in 17,and poor in 3. The excellent and good rate was 91.6%. Conclusion The effect of open reduction and internal fixation for treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fracture was satisfactory. The key factors of the treatment are to repair anatomic shape of calcaneus,and subtalar joint surface.
