摘  要:基于齿轮泵产生困油的条件及斜齿齿轮啮合时的特点,分析了斜齿齿轮泵的重合度与困油的关系,及斜齿齿轮泵无困油重合度的计算公式,得出斜齿齿轮泵可以从改变重合度的办法来消除其困油现象,对工程应用有重要的参考价值。From the condition of gear pump packeted oil phenomena and the characteristic of the helical gear, relations of superposition coefficient of the helical gear and packeted oil phenomena was analyzed. Computation to the superposition coefficient of the spur gear pump's non-packeted oil phenomena was put forward. Finally it Obtained a helical gear pump can eliminate packeted oil phenomena from changing the superposition coefficient and provide important reference value for the application.
