摘  要:采用日立公司Z-2000原子吸收光谱仪对铬镍钢中痕量砷和硒进行测定并讨论相关的实验条件。以质量浓度为0.1mg·mL-1的Mg(NO3)2作基体改进剂,提高砷和硒的灰化温度,检测信号得到扩大。回收率为104%和106%。方法的相对标准偏差为3.29%和3.76%,特征质量为0.73!g·L-1和0.75!g·L-1。检出线为1.40!g·L-1和1.13!g·L-1。该方法简便、快速、稳定、准确度高。Trace arsenic and selenium in chromium-nickel alloy steel was determined by HITACHI Z-2000 atomic absorption spectrophotometer and relative experiment conditions were discussed. Results showed that the content of arsenic and selenium was determined by using 0.1 mg.ml^-1 Mg (NO3)2 as matrix modifier,the recovery rate was in range of 104% and 106% ,the relative standard deviation of the method was 3.29% and 3.76%, characteristic quality was 0.73 μg· L^-1 and 0.75 μg· L^-1, and limit of detection was 1.40 μg· L^-1 and 1.13 μg· L^-1. The method was suitable for the determination of trace arsenic and selenium in chromium-nickel alloy steel with the advantages of being simple ,rapid ,stable and accurate.
