摘　　要：目的探讨颅内动脉瘤介入治疗术前护理、术中护理、术后病情观察及术后并发症的护理方法。方法术前加强心理护理,做好术前各项必要检查,常规及急救物品准备;术中积极配合术者做好用药、输液及监护工作。结果2例痊愈,1例死亡,低于本病的平均死亡率。结论做好围手术期护理,严密监视病情变化,防止并发症的发生,是介入治疗颅内动脉瘤,降低死亡率的关键。Objective To explore the perioperative illness observation and nursing care of complication in intracranial aneu- rysm endovascular interventional therapy. Methods The psychological nursing care was enhanced especially. The necessary preoperative examinations were checked perfectly. The routine and emergency treatment supplies were prepared carefully. The drugs administer,fluid infusion and intensive care were paid more attention according to the operator in the operation. Results 2 cases were fully recovered and one case died. The mortality rate was lower than average value. Conclusions The key nursing measures to improve the curative effect and reduce the mortality for intracranial aneurysm endovascular interventional therapy are meticulous perioperative nursing care, closely observing of patient＇s condition and the prevention complications.
