摘　　要：β-肾上腺素受体是G蛋白偶联受体的一个亚家族,它们以儿茶酚胺为内源性配体,介导机体的重要生理功能;同时,β-肾上腺素受体也是许多药物的作用靶点。本文重点阐述β-肾上腺素受体常见的遗传多态性与疾病易感性及药物反应差异的关系。β-adrenergic receptor is one subfamily belongs to G-protein coupled receptor, which modulates various physiologic functions in response to endogenous catecholamines and acts as a target for many drugs. This article elucidates mainly the relationship between β-adrenergic receptor genetic polymorphism and disease susceptibility as well as differences in drug response.
