摘  要:针对因射孔和增产措施使油井水泥环产生脆性破坏,从而带来层间流体窜流和套管损失率上升的问题,研制出了一种新型复合纤维增韧剂SD。实验结果表明:加有SD的水泥石的抗压破碎能为17398 J/m2(净浆水泥石为10562 J/m2),抗拉破碎能为15897 J/m2(净浆水泥石为256 J/m2);与净浆相比,加有SD的水泥石的抗冲击功提高了71%。加有SD并配合使用0.2%USZ、1.2%F17B和3%F17A的水泥浆体的综合性能满足固井施工的基本技术要求,且SD与其它外加剂配伍性良好。The brittle cracking of cement sheath,induced by perforation and stimulation treatments,can give rise to cross flow of inter layer fluids and increasing casing damage.A new composite fiber,SD,which can enhance the toughness of the set cement,is developed.Experimental studies show that the compressive strength of set cement treated with SD reaches 17398 J/m2(the untreated set cement has a compressive strength 10562 J/m2),the tensile strength reaches 15897 J/m2(the untreated set cement has a tensile strength 256 J/m2.Compared with the untreated set cement,the set cement treated with SD has an increase of 71% in impact resistance.If used in combination with 0.2% dispersant USZ,1.2% filtrate reducer F17B and 3% crystal expansion additive F17A,SD can greatly improve the toughness of the set cement,which satisfies the requirement of cementing jobs.SD has a good compatibility with other commonly used additives in cement slurries.
